LA SIESTA double hammock Sonrisa can be left outside all summer! Sonrisa is made of HamacTex® (polypropylene). This fibre is weatherproof, fast-drying and surprisingly similar to cotton in look and touch. Sonrisa is from Colombia, where hammocks have always been an essential part of everyday life. A typical characteristic of all hammocks manufactured in Colombia is the open-loop-suspension. This hammock features a tearproof selvage created by doubling the weft threads, thus making sure that you will be able to enjoy your peaceful LA SIESTA oasis for many years to come. The many suspension cords ensure an even distribution of weight.

Weatherproof material

HamacTex® is a polypropylene fibre developed for the special requirements of a hammock fabric. It is surprisingly similar to cotton in look and touch, weatherproof and fast-drying. Hamac Tex® is also known for its resistance to weathering as well as for its colour fastness.

Open-loop-suspension

A typical characteristic of all hammocks manufactured in Colombia is the open-loop-suspension.

Tearproof selvage

The two borders of the lying surface feature a particularly tight weave. Thanks to this robust surface, exceptional stability is guaranteed.
